Name & Logo
Based on the target group analysis, we worked out a meaningful name for the project based on the location, theme, history and what appeals to the customer. We then created a logo that symbolised the homes. Stylish, elegant and timeless.

For the interior, we created a design with genuine and sober materials. Natural tones that reflect quality throughout. A stylish feel with straight, clean lines. A timeless and at the same time modern expression that harmonises regardless of how the home buyer chooses to decorate. Well-planned floor plans where life can be lived to the fullest.

Billboard
We created a large appealing sign right where the homes will be built. The sign was directed at the road where many people pass by both on foot and by car and bus. Nice pictures, short and informative text together with web address and CTA "button".
The website
The website reflects the same clean and tasteful design as the renderings. Large, beautiful images and collages together with inspiring copy. Information in narrative form that adds value and creates more interest. Housing selector to make it easy for the customer to find out which homes are available and where they are located. Of course, registration form and contact information.
Banners
Attractive banners in different sizes for all social media channels. The tonality, the beautiful expression, is reflected from the website. We use appealing images that attract with a ken burns effect. Short informative copy with a call to action at the end of the series.
Prospectus
A beautiful prospectus that really creates a feeling and tonality that the entire Ella & Park project represents. An extraordinary prospectus that will be displayed in many homes as a coffee table book. Wonderful images with accompanying copy, interior design tips and inspiration. Everything you want to know about your future dream home.
Emails
We created a communication plan and based on it designed email templates with different messages. Mailings that tell the status of the project, before moving in and all the details that can help a smooth move. These emails are sent according to a well-planned schedule.

The entire project of 29 homes, apartments, maisonettes and penthouses was given an appealing portfolio with beautiful images, informative and narrative copy that could be easily adapted across all channels.
